Eternal loading screen before character list after U37 patch.

Hello I'm PC NA.

Having eternal loading screen issue, no error code pops up, no freezing/crashing, just rolling ouroboros.

There was no ticket category for the loading screen issue, so I sent a ticket [230314-000545]. And got auto-reply and closed.

I attached Dx file to that ticket. Could you check that?

    Interesting. I have the same exact thing happening when I open the game in safe mode with networking. However, under normal boot, I get CTD without error at first video.

    (Ticket ID is 230313-002787 and I shall cross reference this Forum post in my ticket).

    Update:

    As I said earlier, I had this issue in Safe Mode.

    I am guessing what I changed now had a two tier effect and fixed it for me.

    RivaTuner turned off, Steam Overlay turned off, AMD link and AMD overlay turned off.

    This fixed the game for me but I did wait about 5-10 minutes at character list loading screen the first time.

    Hi mate, My Ticket number is 230315-000964. Also I only have one email and the support team instead of fixing it asking me to make another email. Now I never had this problem with my email since I started playing. So they should be able to fix it / that what is expected of them unless they just say we can not fix this.

    Its very frustrating for players/customers.

    @ZOS_Bill Its been more than a week and 7 agents. Issue still remains.

    Support teams are not even responding now and seems they do not want to fix it.

    1. I made another email (which is not the cause) and authenticated via Browser. --- Issue still there.
    2. I re-installed the game - Issue still there
    3. I again re-installed the game on a different hdd - Issue still there.

    Is ESO support team capable of resolving issues? Or they just like to go in circles and they have no solution.

    I am clearly not happy with how this is handled by tech support teams. Are you able to get this resolved?
