Have been consistantly getting a 'Login error' every 24hrs

I load up ESO, get a 'Login Error' on the game (see below); I then close the client, login to my game account on the website, change my password and then reload the client. I am then 'allowed' to login to game.

This would be fine if it was once .. but it's happening almost EVERY single day / 24hrs.

My game account isn't locked, I have not run out of game time, there is nothing wrong with my password or account login -- but it's getting really old fast.

I have a feeling it's a smiliar issue to the 'not saving of IP details' that keeps rearing its ugly head, so probably needs a forward to the Devs.

    This has been on going for approx the last 2 - 3 weeks, and as of this post I haven't put in a ticket yet. I will go put one through now, but I have little hope of anything other than an automated answer or repeated 'faq' page links.

    @ZOS_Kevin Well so far the ticket was a waste of time. I received a quick copy/paste from a CSR about recovering my account - so the agent obviously either didn't read, or didn 't understand the ticket properly.

    The original ticket was a virtual copy of the original I posted here (minus the images).

    Have updated the ticket again, will see what response comes out this time ...

    Thanks, my net was on and off all day yesterday as ISP was doing 'upgrades and maintenance int he area' but I have replied since.

    I was right though, 2 replies from 2 different CSRs, one with a standard copy/paste reply, the other saying it's a problem my end (which I know it isn 't as a password change removes the error)...

    Sods Law though .. soon as I put a ticket in about the issue, said issue hasn't shown its ugly mug ... /sigh

    Will see what happens next though, thanks :)

    .....................and here we go again.......

    Just over 2 weeks since the error cleared up and as of yesterday it's back; it's been roughly 24hrs since my last login and so for 2 days in a row again I am greeted with this 'Login Error' that vanishes when I change my password (again).

    Just info really, not going through all the rigmarole of a ticket to be told it's my end or I need to recover my account ... because these problems are serverside and randomly come and go over time without any changes from my end.

    2 days without the error pop-up, and I get it again whilst logging in today.

    Having to change my password just to be able to play for a few hours each day is now getting beyond annoying - and more annoying is when or if I do put a ticket in, the first thing I get told is it's my PC that's at fault, every single time - when this is a server side issue as I'm happily able to login to my game account on the website using my 'incorrect username or password'.

    I did find a solution - cancelling sub and uninstalling; means I don't have to go through this hassle anymore.
