Noticed this after running Vet Cradle of Shadows, anyone know what it is?

is that the debuff you get when you recall somewhere without a wayshrine so it increases the amount you have to pay within the next 10 minutes?

Yes, but that add-on seems to have the timer off by a factor of 1000.

It is in milliseconds but unfortunately says just “seconds” next to it.
