Hi all, is this a glitch you have seen before?

It's been happening since I bought High Isle early Jan 2023. It happens after queuing and accepting a ranked match of Tot.
Some times it lets me play, but most often it glitches.
Do you think it is my internet or is it a game issue? Tried almost everything to trouble shoot both the Xbox and Telus internet but can't narrow it down.
Any ideas?
