Look around with keyboard instead of mouse

So as it happens world goes on and bugs already started invading my house due to stupid spring season, I do have a problem: is it possible to look around with keyboard arrow buttons instead of mouse view? I wasn't able to find any related button configs under settings, am I missing something? Thank you
