(Edited, Sorry. I miss read the question.)

The no-cp seems pretty quiet every time I look at the campaign. I'd advise you to go to a cp campaign.

Ravenwatch is dead on most platforms from what I hear. Xbox NA is okay, if that happens to be where you are.

I'd say it depends on how much you want to fight -v- how much you just want transmute crystals. An empty campaign can be good for transmute crystals if you don't mind a little PvDoor. Also easier to be top 100 for end of campaign rewards.

It's usually empty, likely because of the set restrictions (people like choice, and the blacklist is a bit too restrictive even for what it's trying to accomplish)

If trying to get AP for transmute crystals it is faster to go into a populated campaign an join a public group. Either than or go around preparing buildings in an empty campaign but that takes longer.

not to mention that the blacklist is also well, invisible in game and theres no way to tell what works and doesnt lol

i personally find the no proc campaign to be boring
    plays PC/NA

    active player since april 2014

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

This is absolutely true too. The fact that there isn't even an official, up to date, running list anywhere really hurts this campaign. Sets that should work there don't, and others that shouldn't do. There's no way to tell which ones will without either scrounging for an outdated list online and hoping it's accurate or testing the sets yourself.

I partially blame gating. If you walk into the campaign and you're gated you just leave. I started solo capping keeps when there was no one else on and after I got a few more of my alliance showed up.

But yeah the main factor is definitely lack of communication about what does and doesn't work. There is 0 reason why Zos shouldn't have a symbol on the gear to show that the whole thing works in no-cp. Zero reason.

I’m the author of the “unofficial” list which I had tried to test and update when I can or take testing notes from the other forum members but lately I’ve been in culinary school and don’t have as much time, not to mention it wears on you after awhile being responsible for what should be ZOS’s job to communicate. I’m really hoping that ZOS relieves the community of the burden of having to painstakingly test sets to figure out if they work or not. @ZOS_Kevin

I went in there on another account try and get back into it resurrect my pvp skills, and get better because I didnt have any cp to crutch on. Well theres alot of pvdooring and alot of "pvpers" that dont seem to know how to fight players. If its not like that its everyone gated and you get zerg on you if you dare to take a resource 😆. So i now understand why Blackreach is a bit more popular.

This is certainly what happened to PC-NA Ravenwatch.

If you were DC or EP the experience was:

    1. Log into campaign, see that bars are 1-Locked-1
    2. "Oh, we're gated and AD has all Scrolls and Emperor for 5 days running..."
    3. Head to your own interior Tri-Keep, see that AD has actually posted scouts there
    4. "Okay, that won't work, let's take a resource instead..."
    5. As soon as resource starts flipping on the map, 30 AD pull up to zerg you down
    6. Queue for Blackreach

It was a sad end to a once-proud campaign.

Part of the issue too is new players are hesitant to come in there because the rules are not clear. It makes absolutely no sense to a new player where the campaign description says “process sets do not work” with zero explanation about what that actually means. There is nothing in the in game help menu about it at all and no mechanics in game to prompt you whether a set works or doesn’t. Even trying to find the list of sets that work online…. It’s ludicrous that after this long, people -still- have to refer to either incomplete lists of sets in spoiler tags and multiple spots in very old patch notes that are buried on the forums, or on community ‘reverse engineering’ sources where we have to guesstimate if stuff works.

@ZOS_Kevin can you bring these concerns up to the powers that be so they know the pain points of Ravenwatch? Maybe we can get some quality of life features for no-proc or at least some communication like official running lists of sets? …something?
