Earth Forge - Really need some help to find the portal

It's been some time since I did the Fighters Guild Quest. I have the Fighters Guild and have maxed the line. I've looked at the Fighter's Guilds in Rifted, Reapers March and Evermore for these portals. Were there some additional quests beyond the ones to join the Fighters Guild that were necessary? I would greatly appreciate advice that could get me to Earth Forge.

The three you listed are correct. It's unlocked for good after completing the Fighters Guild quest line.

The one in the Evermore Fighters Guild is upstairs. I'm not sure about the other two locations.

There are fighters guild quests beyond just joining and levelling by doing dailies. Have a look here https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Fighters_Guild

You need to complete the entire fighter's guild questline before the guildhouses will grant you a portal there. These portals will always be available after completing the entire quesline, on that character.

The one in rawl'kha is easiest to find/check, as it is only a very small building. That is the one I always use.
