If I recall, March is the usual time of the event, yes?

    According to the internet the clock work city event happens in November. I found it on help.bethesda.net/#en/answer/44169

    It’s not really a regular event. Events for specific zones and maps aren’t necessarily perennial. You might have one for CWC, then we won’t have one there for three years.

    The last event involving Clockwork City was a combined event that included Vvardenfell, Clockwork City, and Summerset Isle. It was a little over a year ago, from January 20 to February 1, 2022:

    Yes, I think that's why they started having combined events which involve multiple chapters and/or DLCs.
