I waited 20 min in queue for the first BG, and my team was the only team to receive players. The BG shut down.

I waited 15 min in queue for the second, and my team didn't receive any players (other than myself).

So I logged off. This is not ok, ZOS. BGs are so pitifully neglected it's abhorrent. Please do better.

    what platform?
what time of day did u queue?
    group or solo queue?

even at 5 am u can still get a bg to pop in less than 10 minutes. During the day is less than 5 mins. In prime time it's less than 2 mins.

and judging the state of bgs and tagging a zos seems silly considering two unclear instances of what seems a bug

This was PCNA, at prime time (towards the end of Prime Time), on a Saturday. The first was Group Queue (I was a duo) and the second was solo queue. My "MMR" (or whatever serves as a ranking system for the queue) is likely towards the top, given that it really only tracks numbers of matches played and I was playing on my main toon with thousands of hours in BGs.

I don't really see it as silly as the fact that the queue system does things like this and the fact that BGs are neglected are directly related. If ZOS gave BGs more development time and attention, the queue system wouldn't be this bad and there would be a higher BG playerbase.
