Is there a pinned post/sticky regarding the current state of proc sets throughout the game?

Hey guys. Just trying to find out the current state of play. All I can find is threads from pre 2021.
I'm assuming at least SOME sets must proc in pvp as a chunk of them only apply to enemy players so would never proc in pve, so if sets don't proc in pvp at all then these sets are clearly non-functional.... eg vanguards challenge

✭✭✭Everything procs in CP Cyro / IC and in BGs. It's only Ravenwatch and no CP IC that have restrictions. Lists of sets that are known to work in Ravenwatch, including and beyond ones (originally) listed by ZOS, can be found on creator websites, such as Alcast, by googling.PC EU: Magblade (PvP main), DK (PvE Tank), Sorc (PvP and PvE), Magden (PvE Healer), Magplar (PvP and PvE DD), Arcanist (PvE DD)
