Will there be other chances to get that Blossom Personality?

So I basically wasted most of the event playing Modded Skyrim and just now got invested in unlocking this new Personality, but with just 3 days left its impossible this event. Will there be other chances?

Is this Personality even worth it?

All rewards of the year will be available again during the New Life Festival in December.

This event only gives the first fragment of it anyway, so there will be other events.

However, with the delay of MYM, the Q1 personality fragments will also be available during the Q2 events, as mentioned here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/626586/status-on-hardware-refresh-whitestrake-s-mayhem-event-january-2023/p1
