Does Target markers still returning for pvp in U37?

So target markers on enemy players and their followers were temporarily disabled in PvP in 8.2.7 update. @ZOS_GinaBruno said that team is working on some improvements for this system in Update 37 as it relates to its use in PvP but wanted to at least make this temporary change in the meantime. Meantime in PTS Patch Notes v8.3.0 nothing is said about target markers. In this regard, I had a question, will they return in U37 or they getting postponed or info about them just was not added to Patch Notes?
