Is there any way to hide the chat?

I mean, if you are not talking or don't want to see it. It is not possible to hide it or minimize or something? I can see the transparency settings, etc, but when other people is talking and you don't want to see the conversation, it pops while ingame and it breaks the immersion.

Click on the triangle in the lower left corner

Or right click the chat tab and options. You can filter out zone/say/yell/etc.
