Missing Style Materials since Tuesday’s Update

I always decon style items one at a time to hopefully maximise the chance of getting style materials, but since the latest update, I haven’t got any on my main with all extraction perks/passives active.
One alt managed to get a tenebreous cord yesterday but I’m getting nothing from any of my Galen items. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or whether my RNG has plummeted even further.
