Please change scroll mechanic so scrolls reset to the last keep they were seated in

This "strategic dunking" of scrolls to hurt the opposing faction is out of control and toxic.
Can we please just change the mechanic so that scrolls simply reset to the last keep they were seated in, no matter who owns the keep.

✭I think this would be wise and helpful adjustment to Cyrodiil. Should be a pretty easy change to make too.3 -
