    this is another one of those quests where I have no clue who this guy is and it assumes I do...I would like some info on where to get to know this character who he is where he came from whats his motives and all just like Raz when starting the Summerset DLC if u havnt done the AD questline you have no idea who he is https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/crownstore/item/11941?event-quest-bloody-reunion

    I found it, incase anyone else cant find it here it is . its hard to see on that tree.
