Doing Firesong before High Isle

I haven't purchased High Isle, but I am an ESO subscriber so I was just curious if doing the Firesong DLC quests will spoil anything. Can they be done ok seperate or should I wait till next year when High Isle is included with ESO+ and just do them together.

some of the story quests, from what ive played through so far, may not entirely make sense (there are some characters that you work with in the story in firesong dlc that you initially meet in high isle)

the other thing to go off of or the story quests is that there is still an actual epilogue that cannot be done until you have completed both high isle and firesong

the side quests and dailies in galen though have no relation, so you could still go there, explore, get leads etc, but just avoid doing the main story quest for the zone if you wanted to do it all at once when high isle is available

i think this issue is also present in any other dlc thats part of a "year long adventure" (doing south elsweyr before north elsweyr, doing markarth before greymoor, the deadlands/fargrave before blackwood etc)

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

You won't be able to finish the Firesong zone quest if you try to do it before High Isle.
The second half of the Firesong quest won't activate if you haven't done High Isle yet, so at some point you'll have to do the High Isle zone quest before you can finish Firesong.

In my opinion, it would be better to wait until you can do High Isle before starting Firesong.
