game unplayable for me since update

Yes, I'd REALLY like to know this myself. How on earth did this update get released, given how unstable it seems to be ? Any feedback on this, please, ZOS ? I can't play the game either at the moment.

Last night I didn't crash at all but now I am..except I can't even get back to my character. I discovered one of the Galen crafting hubs and rode up the road and then my character froze - I had to ctl-alt-del to exit the game. I logged back in and she's in the same spot frozen, the game music plays but my toon is just stuck there frozen.

Thanks for posting the link. The hide followers issue is probably what was causing me some CTD trouble today when turning in writs in Vivec on several alts.

I can't check at the moment, but is the hide followers option enabled by default ? It might also be the cause of my frequent crashes (at least, I really hope so). If it is on by default, then I just have start the game and hope it stays stable for long enough for me to turn off that option. When I was having frequent crashes yesterday, I was with Bastian inside a building, perhaps that combined with hide followers turned on was causing some problem.

No, it's disabled by default.

Updating my GPU driver allowed me to log on, thank you!

i think it was the node detection library that was causing it, iw as able to actually log in for more than 5 seconds this time
