Can't log in after patch

I get this:
Error 500 (3.1.1530.0)
Data version does not match the client version.
Please make sure the game i fully up to date.

I have update the client AND the launcher.
BTW, it works for the PTS server ok.

    Now the launcher wants to Update again and i get this error:

    I've checked using Task Manager and no ESO stuff is running.

    If you get an error stating "Error 1032 - OSError_Locked", follow the process below:
    1. Close the ESO Launcher.
    2. Open task manager by pressing [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[Esc] together.
    3. Go to Processes.
    4. Right click on ZoCrashReport and end the process.
    5. Restart the ESO Launcher.

    The game should now update and patch.

    If you are still having issues, you can also look for duplicates of any of the following files in your process tree: "eso.exe," "awesomeium.exe," and "bethesda_launcher.exe" and remove them as well.
