Looking for a casual/normal PVE (Trials) Guild

Hello and good day, I am looking for a casual PVE guild that does all trials (in normal mode, and different trials per week) on weekends, specifically Saturdays, and does not require group members to speak up (I am not eloquent in speech...), but chat is ok.
