getting server lag

was doing marselok and was laggy the whole way through, almost finished it and game froze. Figured it was my computer so i restarted, then back into game same lag. My internet tests came out great so i figure its server lag from event.

and was there one or more NB using refreshing path? (ive heard this can cause fps issues, supposedly being fixed in the next update)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
