Maintenance for the week of November 4:
• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – November 6, 9:00AM EST (14:00 UTC) - 6:00PM EST (23:00 UTC)
Hi I didn't get to play in the beta, and the game just started. So my question is where is my white horse for getting the imperial edition. And how do I mount it?
Press "M". Find the picture of a horsehead in whatever city you're in. Go there. Buy your horse for 1g. Name and feed your horse. There will be a tooltip for mounting and care instructions.
You need to find a stables - there should be one in your starting city.
Speak to the person who runs the stable and ask to see the store/buy a horse. In the list of horses you can buy should be your 1 gold imperial horse.
Imperial Horse
If you have the Imperial Edition, starting at the very start of the game after Coldharbor, you simply find a stable, pay 1 gold piece, and you have the Imperial Horse which will let you travel 15% faster and has 10 stamina. This doesn’t seem like a lot, but you can feed them to improve them.
Questions:
1- Is the Imperial Edition horse only available for one character, or all characters on the account?
2- If it is only one character, is there a way to transfer the horse to another character?

Its available to your account, any character can purchase it.
Each character that you create can simply go to the stable and buy his/her own horse for 1 gold. Just think 'H' is for horse. Clicking 'H' will summon your horse and make your character mount, hitting 'H' again will cause you to dismount.
