Are tribute leagues broken again? (PS EU)

On Thursday it told me there were 5 days and 14 hours left. On Friday it told me there were 5 days and 7 hours left. On Saturday it told me there were 7 hours and something minutes left. Today it tells me there is no league available so I can't queue for anything except unranked casual games
