No Text in game/ Offline/ Tracker Goal Text

While in the prison the ghost guy is called "offline" and any other npcs running around. Also no in game text is showing up any where. Such as the actual quest all it gives you is " Tracker goal text". And when you talk to npcs all you can say is Good bye. Another thing is there is no names for items or descriptions of it, just a black box. So has anyone found a fix for this ?

OMG I am having the same problem!!!!! Thank god I am not the only one. Although, it sucks completely! I navigated my way through the tutorial from memory, but it is still happening in game.
I have sent in a ticket for support, so if I have any luck in fixing I will let you know. (And vise versa)
