Using controller on PC

Hello, recently had a finger issue on the controller. Use a PC with it.

Went to bar swap, and hit the first person camera (down) button by mistake. It caused a level of confusion in portal on vCR.

Since I do not ever use that camera mode is there a way to simply remove that feature from the button pressing. I went into settings, and found a binding settings and unbound it, but it still accessed the different camera setting, so unbinding it did not remove that feature.

Is there a way to simply remove that feature?

Thanks. I ended up finding it on the keybinds controls. In the first column, there is a section on "camera" that is bound to the down button. I "unbound" it, and now that down arrow simply does nothing when in the mode.

Problem solved.
