Guild trader search issue

I swear there was a post about this but now I can’t find it. I was hopeful the patch today would have dealt with it but yeah on the PS5 the Guild Trader search history isn’t being kept. Whenever you close the game and come back in if it’s a new ish character you get a clean slate while older ones may have searches from months back.

Not sure if this is a widespread issue or something like needing to wipe my local save file to reset my options if that can even cause this.

I think it is an issue with not updating the local save file. I deleted mine recently and the saved filters i had for crafting are now reset and not remembered. Can't remember checking for guild filters, but I am pretty sure it is the same there

Guild trader search has had this behavior since U35, that new searches are not saved.

EDIT: guild trader search not guild finder as I originally misspoke

Yep, and the filters on crafting stations, but I only realsed those saves were saved locally recently when I deleted the save file to fix something

It is somewhat amazing that small areas like this don't get fixes in the core game, since only the PC has addons to give needed trader search stuff.

Since High Isle I'm experiencing it too on PS5 NA. Clearing my game data didn't fix the issue.

Is there any kind of update to this? It’s obnoxious that the list of recent searches is many months old and nothing newly searched is retained for future use.
