[Xbox] ZOS Why do you keep matching people with players you have BLOCKED on Xbox?

There are certain players on console which people have BLOCKED for various reasons

Yet once that's done, you still match people against them to play.

Now in RANKED that's fair enough, people would abuse the system

But WHY are you doing this still in CASUAL play?

Currently if a player has someone set to blocked on Xbox for play online, there should be no interaction with said player forced on them...

Can this be looked into please and addressed for the next patch?

They don't because it would be unfair to skilled players. People would block them just to not have to match against them, thereby increasing their wait times. A lot of competitive games I've played will let you block the person from being on your team or communicating with you, but not allow you to block them as an opponent. This way skilled players are not unfairly penalized with long wait times for being good.

Also, in casual matches you still obtain GOLD and PURPLE rewards daily, with potential expensive stuff (ie: puple furnishing recipes) and IT WOULD BE REALLY UNFAIR that people can block the best players they face in casual matches so eventually they have more chances to have easier games to complete their dailies and get the juicy goodies.
