Multi-language solutions?

I'm already getting tired of the multilanguage stuff in the chat that I can't read anyway and in some cases is spamming away other messages, is it possible to have them tabbed so I can have something like an English only tab?
Edit: I know there are already multilanguage zone options but people are plainly ignoring them, is it possible to have some kind of language recognition that puts them in the proper zone chats?

That's not a solution... I live in the Netherlands and I can speak, read and write English just fine but I don't want to deal with the massive amounts of German, French, Spanish, Italian and Eastern-European languages.
Neither do I enjoy playing on a server where I may be only online during non-peak hours for a non-European region server.
