No new house again???

So, as a housing enthusiast, I appreciate the addition of more furnishings, some nice Maomer things and Druidic items as well as some more High Isle themed things. But the lack of new housing is very disappointing tbh, no new ones since Highhallow Hold (which cannot be earned via achievements) and the free inn room. Not even a "free" new home for players like you've done since Summerset. A new druidic home would have been lovely to go with said furnishings. It's very frustrating that its all about Bretons but you've not given them any love with housing this year at all.

Get used to it. No Arena or changes based on U35. This patch is complete wash with very little to look forward to.

I'm shocked there wasn't a druid hovel based on the ones in High Isle available as a reward for completing the storyline. Last year we got plenty of Fargrave and Deadlands themed houses. The year of the knights, druids and seafarers and we don't get a castle, druid grove or a ship for houses? Really shows how much you cared about your theming this year.

Somethings gotta give, at this point it looks like all their efforts were spent on making 1 new Tales of Tribute deck. Can't say I'm surprised.

Walking around these druid towns, albeit bereft of unlocked doors, is, like, straight up mainlining dopamine.

The fact that we can’t acquire a stone lore grove hovel is such a remarkable oversight. Outstanding theme and environmental design and just completely squandered from a housing perspective.

Are they planning on dropping a new house in a later PTS patch?

If not, that means Highhallow could be the only new house until Update 37 in ... probably March?

They're adding a lot of QoL housing things, so maybe there's been more effort spent in housing systems than new assets.

Yes, that's pretty disappointing.
Would be great to receive free house via event as we did in Greymoor and Blackwood. Or, well, at least a house purchasable with gold. I don't even dream about TWO houses for gold, like it was in glorious Morrowind...

I was thinking exactly the same and I was so sure we get these 3 houses with this chapter. I cant belive they did not made them. Im so disappointed.

Very disappointed that there is no new house - although I do wish they weren't always massive houses, I am one of those who would love a medium sized druid style house with garden.

So whole year without free/gold house. I'm not happy, because I payed full price for chapter and didn't get one of standard chapters features, but yet they were able to deliver one house for crown store.

Just a small house with a pool, by the sea, a resort house in the resort world of high isle, was what i wanted.

Was very, very sorry with how little is offered for living in high isle, given how much effort went into making it lovely. I only ever visit.

An empty beachfront land(we already have awesome high isle walls, floors, etc. what gives?) and a druid house(duh). The people in charge of housing picked the wrong career.

Isn't there an as yet unannounced award coming during the high isle event? The stream on Friday should reveal it. I'll be as disappointed as the next guy if not, but let's wait and see.

I was hoping this as well, but someone in another thread said the secret end prize was datamined and it is something other than a house. I’m going to keep hoping until it’s actually revealed tho!

I've read that the big award is Firesong DLC itself. But nothing can be said for sure, obviously.

I'm beyond disappointed as well. So many lovely houses added in High Isle, and we've only gotten the most boring kind of house possible.

I'm so disappointed. Highhallow Hold is just another big crown only house (of which I have too many to decorate already!), and I really just wanted a house that was right on the water. Such a beautiful environment and even city but the only non-inn room we got with the chapter is on the land-facing edge of the city, hidden away. And a nice druid home could've been so great too, with plenty of space to put it.

A house near the Flooded Coast on Amenos would be beautiful too.

We wait all year for new stuff.

New dungeons, new trials, card games, quests, and new hou....NOPE.

No pre-ordering new content until I see a new house!!!!! (I'm probably lying.)

The year is coming to an end and there are not many options left. First the hope that there will be a house in Q4 - no, an hourglass (couldn't we get it together with a house?), then the hope that there will be one for the Heroes of High Isles Event - again no, next hope that there will be a house with Firesong - and again a no... Is there any hope left? Maybe a surprise gift for the New life festival? I hope so....

I completely agree with you on a "Moon sugar Meadow" type house On High Isle or Amenos
I have seen several fellow housing enthusiast tear down their existing Moon-Sugar Meadow houses to created something new with all these new structural furnishings. I personally have been thinking about ripping down my giant tree-house at Moon-Sugar because I have so many ideas for the new structural furnishings that I will only be able to complete in the big open spaces of Moon-Sugar.

Please ZOS, consider offering another large parcel-type house on High Isle or Amenos. Don't make me rip down my Tree-House.

My guess on the lack of Housing options this year is because the core housing team has been working on something else, hopefully something for 2023. We'll have to wait and see.

People want to build.

Highhallow Hold is crowns only... It also has the lovely courtyard in the back, and the inside is too dark and confusing.
In the Blackwood chapter you did much better. The Leyawiin house was unique in design, next you gave us an enormous castle (great stuff), in the Deadlands DLC we had a large Fargrave house and another large Deadlands house unlocked with tickets. What changed?

Honestly I am pretty surprised with that one considering how much opportunity they had with the artistic style options present with the expansion.

Agreed, the absence of new homes, and the lack of furnishings was so disappointing. Sure, we got some furnishings...but its BARELY anything compared to what is actually seen in High Isle. Elsweyr had 100 more furnishings than High Isle at least!

Especially after high isle turned out to be a dream place to have a cool medium sized townhouse or a house in the wild near the water..

Huge disappointment for me.

If i dont see a well made house for gold in the next dlc i might just not buy it [snip]

I've since moved the Treehouse over to my Hall of Lunar Champion house, through the right side doorway, if you would like to take a better look at it. Right now I just cut and pasted it over there until I can find another suitable place to put it so it's only the house itself and no outside decorations. It's set as my primary house as well, @Lady_Rosabella on NA server.

The actual Tree House itself took:
124 Ancient Fig and Towering Ancient Fig trees combined.
62 Vines
46 Misc. Building Components
30 Wooden Platforms and Stone Walkways
30 Solitude Pillar Base, Wood
23 Hedges
14 Wood Elf Union Trellis
5 Doorways
