Getting Character Load

I am sure this has already been addressed but I keep getting the error.... getting character load... should I just keep waiting or what? I mean I have waited for like 10 mins and not gotten into the game yet. I dont even see any information about the servers and load amount, and most of these forms are not in English. Can someone please provide me with any insight thanks.
