HI all. Some pages say the lead for the "Dov-rha Sabaton Toe Cap" comes from psijic portals anywhere in Tamriel, and some say only psijic portals in S. Elsweyr. Does anyone know for sure?

    It's only S. Elsweyr. Deltia's site even has it in parenthesis, and the other site just looks lazy.
