My guess is you are on PC and use add-ons. Add-ons communicating with the server can trigger this since it is about pinging the server.
I expect you got an auto-response that provides instructions to reply if the situation is not resolved already. So that email needs to be replied to for the ticket to progress. Creating a second ticket will cause the first ticket to reset in the queue. It is not an immediate response and can take more than a week.
