List of no-CP sets?

I was checking up on the state of the game some time ago and immediately dropped it when I saw the headache that No-CP players have take into consideration when making builds. Now that I'm determined to give it a try regardless; is there a list of no proc / no-CP sets that is kept up to date as updates and dlc drop? I only find old lists with no mention of sets introduced after this change.
