Mistform the Current Meta?

I know there's always a new Meta cycling in & out of this game but based on last night and the last few weeks, it definitely seems like transforming into Mistform & Running is the current go to meta. It's all I ran into last night, just players in Mistform everywhere, lmao

its been pretty prevalent playstyle for months, but probably moreso now that dots are so bad in pvp

i wouldnt be surprised if someone in mistform was taking single digit dmg from dots now

Er...mistform has always been great. But what you see now is DKs all over the place that are not building for tanky 1vX but for high uptime on corrosive. Meaning they build glass and just survive until corrosive comes up. That need for survival means they chose the best skill to do it. Mist form allows you to utterly destroy an opponents combo, and kite enemies without having to worry about getting stunned.

I know cause as a magplar we used to have *** damage and could only get it through building glass, and surviving by mistform. Less needed now but I've been using it for years as such. It allows you to build for holy crap damage

There is no reason other than not to run mistform in a 1vx playstyle platform like Overland Cyro campaign.

If you aren't playing vampire, you're not using a tool at your disposal that evens out the playing field.
