I have noticed since new patch around a .5 sec delay on synergy. Only tested this in Cyrodil, anyone else noticed this?

Cloak is the same. You can cast cloak when someone hits dizzying swing and it will land and hit you at times.Unified Gaming - creating a shared and Unified Gaming community.
