Weird bug with agents

I don't know if this is better off in the bug report forum, but I don't see any ToT bugs mentioned in there.
If I try to click on a patron (to purchase their boon) right before the announced effect of a card I just plays pops up, I am unable to finish clicking on the patron after I have obtained the card, knocked out the other player's agent, cleared cards from the tavern etc. The patron I tried to click on gets a blue ring around it, and I am unable to click on it or any other patron. I can still purchase cards and end the turn. I can interact normally with the patrons the following turn. I am assuming this is a bug and not an intentional punishment for clicking on a patron before the game is finished announcing the effects of the cards you just played.

✭✭✭✭✭ive noticed that sometimes with cards when you play them the game doesnt think that it was played and highlights cards that would be target of said card, but it never actually took the effect of the card
sometimes right clicking i can cancel the card action and play it again and it works the 2nd time, not sure what causes thatplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
