How is Crit chance affecting DOT's?

Using a DOT when having 100% crit chance buff (for ex. aculty) which drops off before DOT. Will all ticks of DOT still crit?

✭✭I have not used that set since it was changed but as far as I know all DoTs dynamically update every tick, or in other words the damage ticks should reflect your stats at the moment they occur. So it shouldn't guarantee critical after the bonus drops off.1
