"Break Ability" Warning - Breaks Your Current Game

I received this pop-up during an NPC game today. Pressing A did nothing with respect to the game. I could go to my XBOX menu and the A button worked just fine, so it wasn't a connectivity or battery issue. I could continue the game but could not see anything behind the pop-up. The only way out was to disconnect from the ESO server (not a log out) by going to my XBOX menu and starting up some other game.
