Hey folks... i'm making a list of debuffs / buffs that are imperative to track in pvp. For example, this is what I have so far

Power of the Light
Corrosive Armor
Incapacitating Strike
Off-Balance Immunity

Can you knowledgeable folks give me names of buffs and debuff that should absolutely be tracked in PvP?

Those are skills though, not buffs. I guess OB immunity counts as a buff.

    Imperative PvP buffs:
    Major/Minor Resolve (armor skills)
Major Sorcery/Brutality (potions, class and guild skills)
Major Intellect/Endurance (potions, class skills, other trees)
Major Protection (CP star, class ultimates, support tree)

Some potions can give you recovery and damage buffs. If you have 4k magicka left and you need to choose between armor and a recovery skill, always choose recovery. Good luck.

What i mean to say is… debuffs or buff that will affect the way you play during any given encounter. Major brutality and the buffs you have named won’t change what i do in an encounter. They’ll more than likely be up on my enemies but doesn’t change what decision i’ll make during combat. Does that make sense?

And Incap puts a debuff on the target. Corrosive is shown with a buff. Power of the Light shows as a debuff.

I’m not exactly asking what buffs should i use. I’m asking what buffs and debuffs do i need to certainly be aware of during a fights

    Haunting Curse
    Mage's Fury
    Scorch
    Blastbones
When your opponent last used their ultimate
Your own CC immunity, and theirs (white lines around feet)

There are buff tracking options in the Settings menu of the game (no addon needed). I configure those to show temporary / short-term self debuffs only. If you have a lot of poisons and stuff on you, you'll see a slew of icons. When that happens, it's a sign you're either being ganked or focused by multiple players. Time to cleanse, heal, back off, play defensively probably.
