Semantics of Dark Cloak vs. Shadowy Disguise

So it’s no secret that a lot of people who PVP complain about getting ganked. Which is followed by a portion of those people running to the forums to complain about “cloak” NBs. If you were to do a quick search of the forums, this would confirm it.
However semantically this is wrong because the invisibility morph is called “shadowy disguise.” I wonder if a certain group of people that look at spreadsheets to determine game balance also look at analytics of people complaining about certain skills. “Cloak” being one of them.
Now I wonder why Dark Cloak was so heavily nerfed (in pvp at least) and given a very fun and interactive proc for standing still. I’m frustrated with these changes because it destroys the MagBlade brawler playstyle. MagBlade was so close to being viable in PVP. So close.
