Unable to share links atm but does anyone have an idea or know why sometime Xalvakka wipes you at 8:30 or at times 10:30+ish. Original idea was you had 3min per floor. Something creates a time gap that I am unable to explain. It's not the stairs as I've tested with a group that standing on the stairs does continue the lavas rise up to the next floor. How fast you kill the adds also does not affect this. Anyone know something I may not or have theories?

Approximate maximum is 3:10~3:30 per floor, at which point your toes are starting to get toasty.

However, if you push faster and she runs (slithers) off before that time is reached then your overall maximum time is reduced as the lava effectively rises faster to catch up to the "new" 3:30 expiration time. Just as an example: if you push fast and get the first two floors done in 2:00 minutes a piece, then your last floor is still only around 3:30, meaning your maximum total fight time would be 7:30.

The lava doesn't rise immediately, but the rising lava speeds up to the next floor. The faster you are on the first two floors the less times you will have.
