Cannot access Cyrodiil alliance daily quest with 3 Ebonheart characters

As the title implies I see no daily quests like ''Capture a Keep'' and so on on my oldest characters which are all from Ebonheart pack. Other older toons from DC and AC have these quests. Newer EP toons have it too. I have the necessary quest completed, the tutorial 'Welcome to Cyrodiil', and have home campaign set. Tried other campaigns, jumping from keeps, quest sharing no luck. Anyone else has this?

✭✭✭✭✭The usual problem when players can't see the dailies is that the character started the tutorial but missed a step down at the siege range. Check the range near the North Morrowind Gate and see if there's something to do there: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Siege_Warfare_(Pact)1 -
