Some Clarification on the Legion Zero styles

Legion Zero was a style originally introduced in Midyear Mayhem, while Legion Zero Vigiles was sourced from the Imperial City Celebration.
As of February 2022, the two styles had swapped sources for some reason, with Legion Zero dropping from the Year One Celebration, and Legion Zero Vigiles was dropping from the newly re-christened Whitestrake's Mayhem.
Fast forward to today, and purchasing a Bag of Veteran's Glory from the Impressario during Whitestrake's Mayhem now has a chance to drop both Legion Zero styles. Here's a screenshot of me purchasing four Bags of Veteran's Glory during the current Whitestrake's Mayhem event.
Can this be the last time they get swapped around? I understand it may be because the Imperial City Celebration/Year One events were one-time deals and it provides players with another opportunity to get these styles, and I support that wholeheartedly. But nothing was spoken about it in the details page for the event - in fact, the details of exactly what the Bag of Veteran's Glory contains have been quite vague in general. This isn't great for players who are looking to estimate how many event tickets they need to spend to finish out their collections, and it feels kind of deceptive of ZOS to hide the fact that these semi-premium currency boxes have a bigger (curated) loot table than initially assumed.
