Check on account billing history if you have 3 or 5days access. I think youll have same problém like me with only 3day access not 5 as some shops mentioned :)
  • hurricane198
The Billing history indeed says 3 daysbut i pre ordered the digital explorer pack which says 5 days early access hows this possible now?

@hurrican198 If you pre-ordered ESO from a retailer, we invite you to check your pre-order details with that retailer.

Please bear in mind that pre-ordering a physical Standard Edition grants 3 days of early access, and pre-ordering a physical Imperial Edition grants 5 days of early access.

Thats really strange because on the site of Elder Scrolls Online it says that the digital standard edition also gets a 5 day headstart you can find it here http://elderscrollsonline.com/en-uk/preorder it also clearly says ALL PRE-ORDERS COME WITH THE EXPLORER'S PACK INCLUDED which is 5 day headstart.

And i pre ordered via g2play this one http://www.g2play.net/category/4451/the-elder-scrolls-online-headstart-explorer-pack-digital-download-30-days/

And i still get 3 day headstart thats really weird. I fear i dont have the explorer pack included. There must be something wrong. But i contacted g2play this morning hopefully i hear more of them soon of what went wrong.

On the G2Play site it states "...Head start key will be sent instantly - earlier access to the game starts April 1, 2014." From my understanding the 5 day Early Access was only if you purchased the Digital Edition from the Elder Scrolls Online site. The pre-orders from other suppliers that I looked at all stated 3-day early access as well. The good news is that your G2Play link states you will receive the Explorers Pack.

I already discovered what went wrong. G2play sends the explorer pack product keys on the first of april. They had to send it yesterday so its a error from their side. Im having contact with them now to solve this issue.

Hopefully you will receive your 3-Day Early Access Key a bit early so you can enter it into your account page to get it updated to Early Access status before April 1 i.e. tomorrow.
  • hurricane198
i hope so kaspar, in the end it sounds really unfair though that i ordered the same product like everyone the explorer pack else so i could start 5 days earlier.

Did the retailer send you any key yet to enter into your account page to update your status to Early Access or is it set to list only Beta Access (if you were in Beta)?

The Error 103 you are receiving is due to the fact that you do not yet have access to the game servers.

The very reason I ordered the game off the Elder Scrolls Online site was specifically because it was the only digital download to include 5-Day Early Access. Ordering it from any other retailer included only 3-Day.

This statement applies to the Standard Edition which I chose instead of the IE since apparently it's possible to upgrade to the IE at any time. The only thing I would have been interested in in the IE would be the Horse so I didn't feel it was worth it.

After 1 day of play to Level 6 I have ~1600 gold and a horse is around 17K gold so I don't think it will be a huge issue to accumulate enough gold in game in a reasonable amount of time.
