Please fix the Practiced Incantation/Remembrance health glitch in Cyrodiil

I'm not sure if this happens in other content, but it's frustrating playing a templar healer in PvP and seeing my health bar get stuck anytime I cast my ultimate
Reloading UI does not fix the issue. The only thing that fixes it is if I die.

Pleeeeeease fix this ZOS!
