critical damage bonus question

Hello peeps, got a question about the crit dmg stat on the dvanced stats page.
Currently it shows 48% crit dmg bonus, does that mean that this is the bonus of the 50% standart crit dmg boost and it makes total of 98% total bonus from the 125%cap?
