I find it quite annoying that the goal of this game is to beat an opponent correct? I find it very lame that when you have three of the "dials" on the right turned to your favor the game adds a pop up msg for your opponent about it. I can understand why it let's you know when your opponent has above forty prestige but the dial part is something that IMO you should be checking yourself.

Agreed. Not my fault if my opponents aren't paying attention.

    Where is the difference then?
In both cases the enemy is about to win on his next turn. So either have a warning for both or no warning at all. You can also see the 40 prestige yourself (which is even more obvious than checking all patrons).

Yep, not a fan of it either. If you don't pay attention you deserve the loss.

I think the above 40 is more of a: Your opponent has just won unless you counter it.

But the patron one is still conditional. So, while at 3, they may win, it isn't guaranteed if they don't have the right patron or cards to activate the patron.

So, I think the warning for the above 40 is fine. But I agree that the Patron warning is a bit heavy handed.

I think it's valid. It allows you to more strategically choose patrons such that they can't fix the issue after they get that message.

Mh. I believe this pops up when you play against NPC right? Never observed it during matches against players and I occasionally miss to see the three patrons turned in favor of my opponent.

Against NPC it does not matter if the computer gets this message because it will check it anyway except if there is some random miss programmed.

    Please remove this warning.

I believe this warning does not exist when you play against a human player, only against npc. At least I never get this warning when my human opponent is about to win by patrons.

I take back my original post. I was paying more attention last night and you are correct. I was playing against a real life player and did not receive the pop up when he had three dials turned.
