Before i bug this, could you tell me what i need to do please ?

I completed the main quest on 2022/06/10


And i received the fragment Diplomate Ansei


But yet i am still blocked and asked for the same fragment.

So is this a bug, or do i miss something ?

And no i dont want to redo the quest with any other character. I keep the achievements on only 1 character now reason i created that account

I didn't have an issue getting the fragment, but it does seem like there's a bug where some players didn't get it.

Actually i received the fragment already. So is this just a visual bug on the UI ?
i have all the cards for the Ansei deck. But still it seems that its block me to advance on other decks

For the Tome of tributes or Clue, i collected all but the Summerset Sacking Clue. I read in the forum that this one is bugged still. So i understand why i cant advance the PELIN deck, and thus the founders quests.

Do you have the deck already? If so it's probably a visual bug, but if you don't have the deck and can't combine the fragments to create the deck then it seems like you didn't really get the fragment.

Yes i have it. And achievement says i have collected the upgraded cards (Shehai sharpener)

In the achievement Conoisseur i only miss the St Pelin one
