PvP on seas and oceans

Guys, as ZOS released High Isle, people began having some crazy - and absolutely brilliant - ideas as to PvP, but on seas.

As such, here some ideas:

--raiding shores, conquering islands

--the possibility to visit far off shores of: Atmora, Pyandonea, Akavir, etc.: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Padomaic_Ocean

--using your own crafting skills to build ships - from ferries to galleys, to whole galleons

--a sub-skill of Alliance War - Naval combat

--the ultimate idea: a CHAPTER involving PvP, where the Vestige HAS TO engage in PvP (yes, a nod towards my slaughterers and victims ) WHEN Zenimax finally deals with Cyro servers

Add your own ideas folks, let ZOS have a plethora of input to consider!

Any new PvP is welcome. It's become stale at this point.

They haven't mastered PvP on land in 7 years, so I wouldn't be hopeful about sea battles.
