UI needs opacity slider on HDR (PS5)

Don't get me wrong, I love the new HDR implementation. The only thing I feel really needs to be addressed is the UI black background is now too transparent, to the point where it makes almost any kind of text (regardless of colour) difficult to see if you're not in a dark area of the game.
